Preamble: An act to repeal the Governor's Emoluments law, to prescribe the sums that are to be expended in respect of the office of Governor-General, the exemptions which are to appertain to that office in respect of taxation and the offices that are to constitute the personal staff of the Governor-General, to provide pensions for persons who cease to hold the office of Governor-General and for their widaows and children and to provide for matters incidental to the foregoing or connected therewith
